Lyndsay Thompson


As an Advisor, Lyndsay partners with benefit groups to act as an extension of the client’s Human Resource Department. With insurance and account management experience since 1999, Lyndsay has a proven track record of identifying win-win solutions by being a subject matter expert and providing personalized service.

Prior to joining our team, Lyndsay gained professional experience working as an Account Executive specializing in the transportation and manufacturing industries in a multi-state territory. Within her first 5 years of working in the insurance field, she earned both her Certified Insurance Counselor and Accredited Advisor of Insurance designations. Lyndsay also has experience as a Financial Aid Officer and Student Account Manager in higher education, allowing her to assist hundreds of students in achieving their individual goals. She was recognized as a national leader in Student Management by receiving the 2015 iTEACH Award.


Lyndsay majored in Finance at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee and graduated magna cum laude while playing Division I volleyball.
