Are you a self-starter with outstanding customer service eager to join a dynamic team? Acumen is seeking an Account Manager to join our team! This position, partnering with Advisors and team, manages the ongoing service relationship of client requests in relation to their employee benefit plans, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability and worksite products, through timely, thorough and tactical support.
- 2-4 year college degree in business related major OR
- Direct experience working for insurance brokerage / agency firm or carrier or Human Resources w/ experience in Benefit Administration
- Customer Service experience
- Life and Health License (active or acquired within 90 days of hire)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic team
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; grace under pressure
