This position, partnering with our Advisors and other supporting team members, manages the ongoing service relationship with our valued clients through timely, thorough, and tactical support. The Account Executive assists clients with their requests in relation to the clients’ employee benefit plans including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and worksite products. - 2-4 year college degree in business related major OR
- Direct experience working for insurance brokerage / agency firm, insurance carrier, or in Human Resources with experience in Benefit Administration
- Customer service experience
- Life and Health License (active or acquired within 90 days of hire)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic team
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions; grace under pressure
